Robert Poluvatzick, Sales Associate

I have recently made a career change to follow my dream of working in Real Estate. The path that has led me to a career in Real Estate is not your typical one. I graduated from Cumberland High School in Rhode Island and went on to graduate from Dean College in Franklin Ma with an associate degree, majoring in Communications. From there, I moved to Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida located in Orlando. I obtained a BA in Communications.

I worked in advertising, promotions and television production. I spent over a decade working in television for the Golf Channel (the leading global network for golf entertainment) located in Orlando Fl. In 2004, I decided to leave my job with the Golf Channel and move back to the State I love, Little Rhody and the town I grew up in, Cumberland. If it wasn’t enough trying to adjust to the cold winters again, I decided to challenge myself and obtained a Property & Casualty insurance producers license and pursued a career selling insurance. I have been licensed since 2006 and had the opportunity to work for two great companies Amica Mutual and AAA Northeast.

I worked extremely hard on being a top producer and enjoyed the relationships I built with my clients and co-workers. The key to my success was always taking the time to listen to my client’s needs, educate them and guide them in the right direction to protect their assets. My favorite sale was always dealing with a client who needed insurance for a new home purchase. I could feel their excitement come through the phone. These sales triggered something with-in me. For years, I’ve always felt that I missed my calling. I have sold and bought several homes along with owning a commercial investment property. The real estate transactions were always exciting, stressful and rewarding all at the same time. My love of selling, building relationships, the need to educate my clients along with my background in promotions and advertising are skills that I felt would make me a great realtor.

I decided in 2018 that it was time for me to take a leap of faith and I left my job working in insurance to become a realtor for ReMax Town & Country, located in my hometown of Cumberland RI. I am fortunate enough to have the guidance and expertise of an awesome team led by Kathy Bain Farrell.

When I am not helping my clients with their real estate needs, I am all about family. I have a wonderful school teacher wife, Kimberly, my two children: daughter Alexis, son Rowan and our Golden and English Cream retrievers Abbey and Bailey. I am a diehard New England sports fan, who loves golfing, fishing, watching my daughter play competitive tennis, never missing my son’s baseball games and of course HGTV.

Success is what drives me, my goal is to be a part of your success story. I look forward in helping my clients navigate their way through the complexities of a real estate transaction. Whatever your real-estate need is, it is important to me and I hope that you give me the chance to earn your business and respect!

Thank you,
Robert
