Refund Policy
Due to the automated nature of our advertising ordering system and the unpredictability of the real estate marketplace, State-Wide Multiple Listing Service, Inc. maintains a no-refund policy for all site advertising, including Showcase Property ads. All advertisers are bound to the terms and costs as defined in their sales order. No cash or monetary refunds may be issued for any reason.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges and Claims – All requests to negate charges based on unauthorized credit card use will be reviewed by the technical and legal departments of State-Wide Multiple Listing Service, Inc. If a fraudulent claim of unauthorized use is made, it will be reported to the credit card service and may result in cancellation of card services, negative credit report entries and possible criminal charges.
State-Wide Multiple Listing Service, Inc. reserves the right to modify its Refund Policy at any time, or against any individual it believes is abusing the Policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after its posting on RILiving.com. All users are encouraged to periodically review the site and its usage policies as it is their obligation to become aware of any and all policy revisions.
