How can I make my listing a “Showcase Property”?

For only $30 and for as long as the listing remains active (based on listing number, not address), agents can make their listing(s) a Showcase Property. Benefits of this program include a revolving, featured spot on the site’s home page and having those listings appearing first anytime a property search is performed which includes that listing.

Orders can be placed in one of three ways: online, by fax, or by phone. Online orders will be processed and posted immediately upon successful transaction. Phone and Fax orders can only be processed & posted during normal business hours.

1. Via Online Credit Card Purchase

To order a Showcase Property online:

1. Select the "Log In" link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com.
   Note to IE 8 or 9 users: If you get a box that pops up with a security warning, please answer NO (IE8) or Show all Content (IE9) to these questions. (See images below) Learn how to disable this box.

2. Select " REALTOR" as your login type and enter your Member log-in information (you will need your MLS token)
   
3. Once logged in, select the "Inventory" tab to display your current active listings
   
   
   
   
4. Choose the properties that you want to place in the Showcase by clicking on the "ADD to Showcase" button for each listing located above the property photo.
   
   
   
   
5. Once you have added all the properties, click on the Showcase Cart tab to start the purchasing process.
   
   
   
   
6. Once completed you will be able to view your oder history and print out a receipt.

2. Via Fax Order Form

To fax in your Showcase order, fill out the Showcase Property Order form.
