How do I login into my RILiving Realtor account?

By accessing your RILiving account, Members will be able to update their RILiving profile, add a rental ad, and view statistics on their listings. To log into your RILiving Realtor account:

  1. Select the "Log In" link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com.
    Note to IE 8 or 9 users:
    If you get a box that pops up with a security warning, please answer NO (IE8) or Show all Content (IE9) to these questions. (See images below) Learn how to disable this box.

  2. Select "REALTOR" from the Login Type dropdown box.
  3. Enter your MLS agent ID# and password and click "Login".


  4. Once logged in, click on one of the tabs that displays below the "My RILiving - REALTOR" heading.

    My Inventory - Allows agents to view their inventory, view user statistics on each listing and order showcase proeprties. (see image below) Impressions are the number of times the property has appeared in user's search results. Detail-Views are the number of times user's have clicked on that specific property. These statistics can be viewed within specific dates ranges as well. Agents can add a property to RILiving's Featured Showcase rotation by clicking on the "Showcase Cart" link and then continuing with the credit card payment process.

  5. Rentals - Add/Modify/Delete rentals properties

    Office - Allows the broker of the office to add an office email and logo to the office profile in RILiving. Note: The "Office" tab will only appear when logged in with the token of the DR of the office.

    Profile - Edit your bio, phone numbers or add a language. Agents can also purchase an agent upgrade package ($5/mo.), which will allow them to add a photo to their RILiving profile.

    Preferences, Saved Searches, Saved Listings - Although these items are mostly used by consumers, Realtors can also use these tools if they choose to.
