Can I find out how many times visitors have looked at my listings?

Yes. One of the most highly-anticipated features of the new design is visitor tracking for individual listings – both in how frequently a property appeared in a search result and how often it was then chosen for more detailed information. Data like this can be used by the listing agent to measure the success of marketing campaigns, track advertising trends and support proposed price changes.

To view the visitor traffic on your inventory:

• Select the “Log In” link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com. Note to IE 8 users: If you get a box that pops up with a security warning, please answer NO to this question.
• Choose “REALTOR” and enter your Member log-in information (see image on right). You will need you MLS token to log in.
• Select the “My Inventory” tab to display your current active listings
• Displayed next to each listing is the number of “Impressions” (number of times the listing was displayed as a result of a user’s search) and “Detail-Views” (number of times a user clicked on that listing to find more information) for the time period noted next to “View Data From”.
• Members can modify the reporting period by selecting and modifying the “from” and “to” dates.
