Can I find out how many times visitors have looked at my listings?

Yes. As a realtor your can view visitor tracking numbers for individual listings – both in how frequently a property appeared in a search result and how often it was then chosen for more detailed information. Data like this can be used by the listing agent to measure the success of marketing campaigns, track advertising trends and support proposed price changes.

To view the visitor traffic on your inventory:

• Select the “Log In” link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com. Note to IE 8 users: If you get a box that pops up with a security warning, please answer NO to this question.
• Choose “REALTOR” and enter your Member log-in information (see image on above).
  
  
• In your inventory, you'll notice visitor traffic numbers with each listing (see image below).
  • Impressions: the number of times the listing was displayed as a result of a user’s search
  • Detail-Views: the number of times a user clicked on that listing to find more information for the time period noted next to “Traffic:"
  • Showcase Click-Throughs: (only applies to properties that have been purchased as Showcase Properties) the number of times a user clicked on that listing from the rotating feature property in the left column of rilviing.com
