How do I inactivate or delete a rental ad in RILiving?

Rental ads can either be permanently deleted or temporarily inactivated. This can be performed by following these steps:

1. Select the "Log In" link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com.
   
   Note to IE users:
   IE 8: If you get a box that pops up with a security warning, please answer NO to this question.
   
   IE9: If you get a box at the bottom of the page the says: "Only secure content is displayed" Please click the button the says "Show all Content"
   
   
   
2. Choose "REALTOR" and enter your Member log-in information (see image below).
   
   
   
   
3. Select the “Rentals” tab
   
   
   
   
4. Found under the Active category heading, select the Ad# or the "Edit" link next to the respective rental property that you wish to remove from display; (To permenantly delete your ad, click the X button - When prompted for confirmation to delete, select "OK". Please note... deleting an ad can not be undone.)
   
   
5. Once viewing the detailed report of that listing, click the Edit button. Once in Edit mode, scroll to the bottom of the page, click in the checkbox for "Make Inactive" and then select "Preview".
   
   
6. While viewing the property ad in preview mode, select "Save" to complete the process
7. Your rental Ad should now display under the "Inactive/Expired" category.
