Why am I having trouble logging into my RILiving Realtor account?If you are having problems logging into your RILiving Realtor account, please check the following: 1. Make sure you are logging into the REALTOR section, not the Homefinders section. (See image below) You will be required to enter your MLS ID and password. 2. The login section of RILiving is hosted on a secure server, so if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, you will see a security warning after attempting to log in. If you are using Internet Explorer 8, you need to answer NO to the security pop-up box. (see image below). If you already answered yes, close your browser, go back into RILiving and click the Login link again. This time when the box pops up answer NO. If you keep getting this box when navigating through your realtor account, please answer NO each time. If you are using Internet Explorer 9, you need to click the button the says "Show All Content" in the security pop-up box that appears at the bottom of the page. (see image below).
