When trying to log into RILiving, I keep getting a Security Warning that asks if I want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely. How do I disable this popup box?

« back to list

The login section of RILiving is hosted on a secure server, so if you use Internet Explorer 8 or 9, you will see a security warning after attempting to log in. If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, you need to answer NO (IE8) or Show all Content (IE9) to the security pop-up box. (See images below). Answering this question incorrectly will cause some things in your account to not work properly.

If you already answered yes, close your browser, go back into RILiving and click the Login link again. This time when the box pops up answer NO (IE8) or Show all Content (IE9). As you move from page to page within your profile, you will continue to get this pop up. You can keep answering NO (IE8) or Show all Content (IE9)each time or you can disable it all together.
