How do I post my upcoming Open House notices?

RILiving’s open house announcements are an extremely popular feature with consumers, so be sure to take advantage of this free and effective form of advertising! Open houses are added to RILiving by entering the event’s information into Matrix. Like listing data, RILiving will pull scheduled open house announcements hourly throughout the day for posting to the public. Please note that, although future open house notices can be successfully added to Matrix, RILiving will only display events scheduled for the upcoming week.

What is a “MyRILiving” account and should MLS Members have one?

“MyRILiving” is a free subscription service offered to RILiving visitors which allows them an enhanced user experience, including the ability to save their favorite listings and frequent searches. Since Members have this same ability through the site’s member tools, creating a MyRILiving account isn’t recommended.

What do I have to do to have my listing data, photos and virtual tours appear on RILiving?

When entering your property into Matrix, select “Y” in the “Internet” field and we’ll do the rest. Along with that, when the property is taken off the market, RILiving will automatically remove the listing from its database.

How can I make my listing a “Showcase Property”?

For only $30 ($100 for Featured) and for as long as the listing remains active (based on listing number, not address), agents can make their listing(s) a Showcase Property. Benefits of this program include a revolving, featured spot on the site’s home page and having those listings appearing first anytime a property search is performed which includes that listing.

REALTORs can place a Feature/Showcase order in one of three ways:

  • - Online by logging into the MLS Member Gateway - click the RILiving Logo and view your inventory
  • - Submit the Showcase Order Form by Fax (401-784-9337) or Email
  • - Phone - Call 401-432-6923

Online orders will be processed and posted immediately upon successful transaction. Phone and Fax orders can only be processed & posted during normal business hours.

How do I change my contact information in my RILiving profile?

Like listing data, the majority of membership information displayed on RILiving comes directly from the MLS system and your corresponding RIAR member record.  Because of that, some of your contact information must be changed within those systems.  However, most of the information displayed on RILiving can be modified by editing tools found on your Profile page.

To modify your RILiving profile, login to your MLS dashboard and click the RILiving icon.
