Kathleen has been a successful realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Greenwich, Ct. for the past 15 years. She has a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute and E-Pro designations and has been a Previews Luxury Property Specialist. She is a member of NAR ( National Assn. of Realtors ); RIAR ( Rhode Island Assn. of Realtors ); and KWAOR ( Kent Washington Association of Realtors).

Born in New York City, she grew up on the eastern seaboard in New Rochelle, N.Y. She has a B.S. from Fordham University and an M.S. in Nursing from Pace University. She did her FNP ( Family Nurse Practioner) Residency at the Block Island Medical Center in the summers of 1982 and 1983 with Dr. Louis Verardo. She worked as an FNP for many years. She is married and has six children and fourteen grandchildren. She came to Block island as a renter in 1977 and in 1979 purchased her home on Corn Neck Rd. Loving and enjoying Block Island with friends and family for 35 years she moved here permanently last year. She has worked on Block Island in Real Estate since 2002. She is also a member of the Block Island American Legion Post # 36 Auxillary and supports several island organizations.
