Jimmy Andrade’s successful career as a Realtor for the past 10+ years is a result of his enthusiasm and love for Real Estate. He is a qualified specialist in all aspects of Real estate including Residential, Commercial, land, and new construction. Jimmy has a client centered approach believing in ethics, innovation and customer service, which is the foundation to his business and is what kept him successful throughout the changing market. He has the ability to develop a good working rapport with nearly everyone. He gives his clients an unparalleled amount of personal attention to ensure that each of clients’ needs is met and that each transaction is a smooth and enjoyable one.
He is licensed in both RI and MA and is a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He continues to keep a pulse on the industry by regularly taking various educational courses, which enables him to better assist his clients.
Jimmy possesses extensive knowledge of the market, has exceptional negotiating skills, and a capacity for leading parties to reach agreeable terms. As a result, the industry and his clients associate his name with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Jimmy also has comprehensive knowledge and experience with new construction. He has hands on experience with rehabbing and building numerous single family and multi-family properties. He has acted as a general contractor, overseeing home construction from the ground up for over 8 years. This experience gives him a full understanding of both the administration of and construction supervision of home building. He knows the hurdles homeowners and builders face as they embark on a home construction project and in turn what it takes to bring the project to completion.
When he’s not selling real estate, Jimmy loves spending time with his amazing family; his wife Sue and his two beautiful children, Lyla and Drew. He also enjoys sports, multiple rounds of golf, and spending time by the water.
