Meredyth began her Real Estate career after graduating from College in 1975 majoring in marketing and accounting in Florida. She then joined a Florida land development Company in Miami, Florida and Freeport, Grand Bahama Island as the assistant to the President.

Meredyth relocated to Rhode Island in 1983, her home state, and continued her real estate career as Director of Sales of Bagy Wrinkle Cove in Warren, Rhode Island selling 40 condominiums in 14 months. After completing this waterfront community she continued as the Sales Director at Weetamoe Condominiums in Bristol and most recently with The Armory Revival Company as Sales Director of Oakland Farm in Portsmouth, 101 North Main Street, 2 Thomas Street Condominiums in Providence and most recently 77 South Angell Condominiums in Providence. She is licensed to sell real estate as a Broker in Rhode Island and a salesperson in Florida.

Meredyth has also become a Relocation Specialist and Trainer, a certified Historic House Specialist designated by the Providence Preservation Society and an Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist (ESRES). She is currently serving as a Director of The Greater Providence Board of Realtors and also currently serves on the grievance committee for the RI Association of REALTORS®.

Meredyth is currently serving a 5 year appointment as a City of Providence Planning commissioner. She is also a former Board member for Big Sisters of Rhode Island and The All Children's Theater. She has received numerous Greater Providence Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Awards.

In her spare time she enjoys sailing, horseback riding, kayaking, reading, music, traveling and especially her Tibetan Terrier "Libby".
