Len’s interest in architecture and commercial development has been a passion ever since he was old enough to remember. Growing up in Ohio he attended Kent State University for Art education and received an Associate’s degree in business administration.

He traveled to thirteen countries in Europe and Northern Africa in the 70’s and then upon returning to the States he opened a shop in Provincetown, Cape Cod in 1976 and called it Celebration. After 4 years, he then went back to Europe to study set design in Copenhagen, Denmark. He then started a modeling and TV commercial career that lasted for 12 years, in Europe, Boston and California. Toward the end of the 80’s Len became a Photo Stylist for Jordan Marsh (Boston) designing ads for major publications. He also worked for the Franklin Mint in Pennsylvania as a Photo Stylist. Len has worked in Sales for over two decades for Fendi, Swiss Army and Shiseido Cosmetics.

In 2002 Len decided to buy a house. “I chose Providence for many reasons, opportunity, historic neighborhoods, urban lofts, artist friendly, great universities, not to mention awesome food and a great location between New York and Boston. Close to Newport and Cape Cod with forty beaches, plus a lot less expensive than Boston. The City is definitely up and coming.”

He purchased his home in Historic Elmwood and continues to restore it. He is also actively involved in the City and his neighborhood.

With his vision and keen sensibility, Len enjoys helping people find what’s right for them. His eye for design gives him an ability to see things others often overlook.

“I love the community involvement in Providence, it’s easy and friendly. I enjoy showing and telling people what’s being built and happening as the city changes.”

I look forward to helping you find your home and enlighten you to what makes Rhode Island a great place to live.
