We sell your property at 3% Commission
What you get for our commission of 3% will be the following:
CMA to market your property to command the highest possible selling price
List your home or property in the Statewide MLS service
Market, advertise, show your home
Co-ordinate open houses, qualify potential purchasers
Handle all negotiations with P&S Agreements and disclosure forms all for 3% Commission
We are members of the Providence Board of Realtors and Statewide MLS
We will advertise your home with the MLS service
Our commission of 3% includes all that has been listed above.
If we Co-broker the sale of your property the commission is 3.5%.
STATEWIDE MLS SERVICE
As a member of the statewide MLS service you know your property will have the highest possible exposure. Everyone looking for a home that has access to a computer will be able to find your home through www.riliving.com and all other brokers and agents from other firms will be able to market your home to their clients who are looking for that particular type of property. This means the maximum exposure and highest selling price for YOU. This is all included in our 3% Commission rate.
