Bruce R. Cadden was born and raised in Cranston, Rhode Island. He attended Cranston West High School and graduated in 1981. He continued his education at Central Connecticut State where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. Bruce then attended the Rhode Island School of Design from which he earned his certificate in Architectural Design. From 1988 to 1992, Bruce completed a second Bachelors Degree in Intergovernmental Communications at Rhode Island College.

Bruce began his working career as the designer/estimator for a marble and granite company. He assisted in the design of several buildings in Providence. Then, Bruce opened his own interior design and architectural firm. Bruce, now, works for the State of Rhode Island, Department of Transportation (RIDOT), as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. He is responsible for acquisitions, relocations and Property Management.

Bruce met Ed Lannon through his Aunt, Lila Palazzo. Bruce’s Aunt had worked with Ed at E. Lannon and Associates since the 1960’s. Ed suggested that Bruce obtain his real estate license after Bruce’s wife (then girlfriend) purchased her home through E. Lannon and Associates. Bruce followed up on Ed’s suggestion which led to his current positions at RIDOT and with Lannon Realty.

Bruce is married and has one daughter. He and his spouse are expecting their second child in December 2002. So, Bruce understands the importance of family and the basic necessity for a family to have shelter. Bruce specializes in assisting the first time home buyer purchase their perfect home. Bruce also pursues transactions in Commercial Real Estate.
