Job Description: To help people buy, sell, or rent property. Associates locate and show property, perform market analysis, and help negotiate terms of a contract between parties.
Education Needed: A High school diploma is required. Interested candidates must enroll in the a Pre-License course and pass a State test with a minimum score set by the State in which you are seeking a license.
Skills Needed: You should have some basic computer knowledge on using the Internet and Email. You should have good phone skills and be able to type on a computer efficiently.
Average Annual Salary: $12,250-$60,000.
