with you and listen to your needs as a buyer. Pressure is
not a word in my vocabulary because I understand that this will
be the largest purchase you're likely to make.
2) Show you
properties that meet those needs and your budget.
3) Guide you
through the entire home-buying process from A-Z: Making sure you
don't overpay, helping you to negotiate, helping you choose
the financing and financial institution that will best suit you.
I can recommend home inspectors who are members of ASHI (American
Society of Home Inspectors).
4) Always answer
all your queries with honesty and will be with you at the
closing to shake your hand and wish you luck.
If
you are thinking of selling your property, I will:
1) Prepare a
thorough and accurate comparative market analysis (CMA) at no
charge and with no obligation. This will determine what price
your property should demand under prevailing market conditions.
2) Explain to
you the steps that will be taken to ensure the sale of your
property in the shortest time possible and at the least inconvenience
to you.
3) Show your
property to all qualified buyers and will be present
at all showings.
4) Present all
offers to you and will help with the negotiations so that you may
realize the highest profit.
It doesn't matter
whether you're selling or buying, my services are always at your
disposal. You will always be treated with the utmost care, loyalty
and confidentiality. My goal is to make buying and selling real
estate as easy and pleasant as possible for you, my clients and
customers.
