Requests for 2009 ...
Please email us the names of the properties you are interested in requesting for 2009 . We take appointments to show properties via appointment. Then, you can see properties and submit request. Or, you can request them via email and we can update you based on availability and cancellations, so email in. We take requests anytime for the following year. When emailing in for a request please be sure we have confirmed via email that we have printed your request. Please let me know how many adults and children and what weeks or weeks you are open to . i.e. 4/4 means four adults and four children and 6/30-8/5 means you are open to any one week during that time period. Please Note: When emailing in on Rentals or Sales be sure to include a note in the Subject line. i.e. Sales or Rental Request.... We need a subject to sort through the mail. Emails without a subject are usually not recognized. Please be sure to put a subject on your email to us. Just Sales or Rentals will be fine. |

From
South North 95, take exit 92 in ct. Take right at end of exit. Follow straight for approx 2 miles and take right on Route 78. Follow 78 until the end. This will be about 5 miles or so. At end, take left at light to Charlestown. This is Route one North. Follow Route One North for approx. 20 minutes. You will come into Charlestown. Take the Second Exit for Charlestown Beach. They are only about one mile apart. The Second exit has "Phil & Ann's Motel" on the corner. take this one. at the stop sign, go straight to the second stop sign and take a left. Our realty is the second Realty office on the left. Sign out front. Office in Rear. |

North South 95. Take exit 9 off 95 this is a left hand merge/exit. Follow this straight. Stay on this Highway until you start going past all the beaches, i.e. Newport/Jamestown, Narragansett, Matunuck, Moonstone, Green Hill. The next one up is Charlestown , make a u-turn here. Then take the first exit off the highway for Charlestown Beach. At the stop sign, straight to second stop sign. Take a left. Realty is second office on the left. Office in rear building. |
